With over 35 years of professional experience in the financial and real estate industries, Harold Hunt provides the strong financial expertise necessary for effective commercial property management.

As manager of two branches for Security Pacific National Bank along with other management-level positions at the bank, Harold was involved in business development and commercial loan activities for businesses throughout Southern California. 

In combining his financial and administrative background with his real estate experience as a licensed broker for Hunt Industrial Properties and Hunt Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary, Harold has successfully translated his expertise into comprehensive asset management for individual property owners, investors and developers.

In addition, Harold is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association, a Southern California organization of over 1,000 members from the commercial, industrial and investment real estate industry. He also serves on the Board of Backhaus Dance, a contemporary dance company headquartered in Orange County, Ca.
